Thanks for all the encouragement earlier- I was slightly apprehensive about that three minute stretch in week 3 but I managed it. I even shouted "yes!" In the street when Laura came back in to tell me to slow down for the last time. Across the street was a very professional- looking runner who gave me the thumbs up. He completely understood!

Good for you Celtprof, you should be proud of yourself... :)

Every run you do is a step towards your goal. Next time you go out to run you can do it with confidence, you have already smashed that three minute run..

Stay slow and steady.

Good luck with R2. :)

Shouting across a street...tut tut :)

Yeay... go you!

It is amazing how uninhibited we become with this programme; just wait until the week when Laura says that you're a proper runner... you will probably do cartwheels!!!! :)

Well done, onwards and upwards!

well done you, and well done the runner for the support - its amazing how a "well done" or "keep going" gives us a boost

Fantastic! Very well done to you... AND you are now officially a c25K-er... shouting out in the street to yourself is a critical component of the program... ;) Happens to the best of us and means you're 100% into it and going to succeed! Go you! :)

Well done Celtprof and agree when she says those words I have to agree I give a "yes" out as well, normally with a few more untypeable comments after it!
