After two days of rest and doing something else on my rest days like walking and some exercises. The following photo attached is not true, it includes the walking (going and coming back which it was more than the intended 5 minutes) , the run itself was 25 minutes, and that was around 3.5k mark. But here is this thing... I felt my cesarean section pulling after the run, it was slightly painful...why? I thought my legs were taking the brunt of running? 🤔 Not sure I can do the week 8???
Week7r3 found difficult but I did it!!! - Couch to 5K

Maybe better speaking to your doctor before continuing running 😊
Thank buddy34.... I checked the doctor before starting the c25k, he was ok about it. What I will do more abs strengthening exercises... Two sections I had last one is 2 years old...
Get checked out by your GP just to make sure all is well..
Then, if all is good head out slow, and really steady... try to land lightly..I call it kissing the ground with your feet
The runs are meant for a slow start and staying slow... let the legs find their happy pace...
I can't go any slower than that lol!!! Any less I will be walking!! Lol yes I have checked the doctor before starting this c25k....maybe I should do more core strengthening exercises? 🤔 Thank you oldfloss!!!
On some of your rest days, now, your strength and stamina work should be increased. The runs are getting longer and we need to make sure everything is building up as well as the running muscles..
And believe me there is always slower..as Confucius said...
"It does not matter how slowly you go,as long as you do not stop. "
