When I decided in January to make an actual effort to lose some weight and get fitter (rather than just daydreaming about it), my fitbit informed me that my cardiovascular fitness was "Poor to Fair" compared to women in my age group. Slowly, slowly, it's been creeping up, first to "Fair to Average" and now today I have seen it's gone (just) into "Fair to Good". I have no idea how reliable it is but I'm chuffed with that. My goal is to get it firmly into "Average to Good" territory before the end of the year! Anyone wondering if it is worth the hassle of starting C25K, it definitely is! ☺

Amazing and very well done Debs. That’s a great achievement. I’ve been on a similar journey since the start of the year. I’m sure like me you don’t need an app to tell you how much you’ve achieved. I’m sure people are commenting to you when they see you. Well done.
