When I decided in January to make an actual effort to lose some weight and get fitter (rather than just daydreaming about it), my fitbit informed me that my cardiovascular fitness was "Poor to Fair" compared to women in my age group. Slowly, slowly, it's been creeping up, first to "Fair to Average" and now today I have seen it's gone (just) into "Fair to Good". I have no idea how reliable it is but I'm chuffed with that. My goal is to get it firmly into "Average to Good" territory before the end of the year! Anyone wondering if it is worth the hassle of starting C25K, it definitely is! โบ
Little boast: When I decided in January to make... - Couch to 5K

Well done debs ! It is lovely to see it working. Even if you don't believe the exact numbers you can follow the trend !
Debs, that is fantastic! Now just the hip to get sorted. Any progress there?
How pleasing! Well done you ๐
Nice work! Not bad in such a short time, well done Debston!
Amazing and very well done Debs. Thatโs a great achievement. Iโve been on a similar journey since the start of the year. Iโm sure like me you donโt need an app to tell you how much youโve achieved. Iโm sure people are commenting to you when they see you. Well done.

Thatโs great! Itโs funny but I didnโt even realise the Fitbit app told you this ๐ซ off to check mine now.
No, I didn't realise for ages either. If you look at the heartrate bit, you can swipe across to reveal your rating!
