So, after many weeks off due to my diabetes deciding it wanted to be difficult the Evesham 10k was last weekend. I’d signed up months ago and was debating whether or not to actually do it. But I wanted to do it for me, to prove I could in my head so I went for it. And I did it. 1hr 6 minutes. Very pleased with myself. Now for the next one.

Brilliant stuff, well done you! That's a great time, I'm guessing you felt fine on the day? I hope you got a nice medal for your effort. 🥉

Congratulations on your 10K run, good time as well, like the map of your run, just hope that there were a lot of marshalls directing the runners, could easily take the wrong path.
