Hi Mariasale1805! Loads of people have repeated weeks so don’t worry. I think someone on the forum repeated week one 9 times! So either repeat or move on - How fast or slow you decide to do the plan is up to you! Good luck and let us know how you get on!

I have used week one for interval training, instead of jogging I'd sprint uphill and then drop back to a walk.

It's a good way of increasing fitness and speed.

You could move on to Couch to 5k +. See pinned posts. It’s the follow-on programme

It took me two attempts to do Week 1. I think I repeated Week 4, or at least did an extra one - that's the first time it's more walk than run I think. Sometimes I've not repeated whole weeks but have repeated runs.

And then I never quite managed Week 7 and had time off. So now I'm kind of off piste, repeating w6r2 (intervals) then with plans to do w5r3 then w6r3 then restart Week 7.

There are no rules :)
