Done, feel great long may it continue, although I know it's going to get a lot tougher yet

That's great! I've just started week 2 as well and I'm finding it ok so far!

Well done HappyHammer, and to you too Sara.

You are right it does get tougher, but they are all tough in different ways, next outing I'm on W5R2, and as OldFloss said, if you follow the program, and don't have too much rest between runs, your strength and stamina rapidly increase.

Keep it up, because you are doing great ... and as you say the support from the other runners is the best type of support there is ... 😉

Apparently, a high impact sports bra from M&S is also a great support ... 🤔😳🏃🏽‍♀️

It may get tougher..but, the beauty of the programme is, if followed properly..you get stronger :) Very well done you :)

Every run you get under your belt and each rest day is preparation for the next. The programme works and it sounds like you're doing great. It does get harder but you'll be ready for it, even if you have to push yourself sometimes. 🤓
