Thank you C25K. Mission accomplished! Couch is a distant memory as I completed my second 5K run this week, this time on the ManchesterRun For Life. Not only finishing in 47 minutes but also raising £180 ! If I can do it at the age of 70..... blah, blah, blah! Off to polish me medal !! 👍
