Mood changer!

After a day of flossing around, feeling irrirable and tired (possibly because my cafetiere was a casualty on Tuesday morning), and feeling like i had loads to do but didnt know where to start, i decided after my tea to go running instead. I wasn't expecting much, as prior to week 3 I had an accidental 2 weeks holiday but I managed to complete W4R1 no problem at all! I felt wonderful whilst doing it - my whole mood has turned for the day 😊the power of running! Hope everyone else has had a good run too, whatever point youre at. Xx

Keep at it- no more running holidays!
