First run back after having Shingles - set out optimistically for Week 8 Run 3 πββοΈ and managed half of it before realising I would have to stop. Knew I would need to build back up after 3 weeks off - shingles really knocks it out of you!
Plan to get back on track is to build back up with a 20min run on Monday, 25 Wednesday and 28 on Friday to finish week 8!
