Week 3 run 1 completed this morning. Was quite shocked to find I was jumping from 90seconds to 3 minutes of running. The first 90 seconds today were a breeze but the 3 minute run really tested me lol. Was hard but I didn't stop. I found the 90 second easier as my posture was really good but the longer I ran I found myself slumping a bit through the pain

Well done, slow and steady, that way you should have no pain.

Great job. Keeping those shoulders up will help, and maybe concentrating on posture will distract you from time... ideally your chin should be just in front of the breastbone. Enjoy run 2... you are two runs off completing the first third of the plan.
Yep, Al's right, slow and steady. It's all about finding your easy pace now. Think of someone running next to you, could you have a conversation with them? If you can't, you're going too fast. You may find that you have to go slower than in week 1 and 2, that's fine, this is about endurance now.
If you know you're slumping, that's good. Most people don't even realise they're doing it. Again, slow down and try and correct your posture, it's harder to get air into your lungs if you're leaning forward, good posture and technique makes the run easier.
Congratulations, you're doing great. Enjoy the journey, keep coming on here and let us know how it's going. 👊🏃♀️
Thanks. The main pain I'm feeling is in my calfs. Im going pretty slow too, well definately a lot slower than my first run any way.
