Sporting a flu!!! Yaaaaay! 😒

Ok... Not so yay... I haven't run since Monday.... I'm on w7r2, so have I lost my ability to run 25 mins already? I feel better today... I am going to do my run today. What's the best way to tackle this? Run the week 7 or step back and do week6? Any tips will be great. I'm already doing the japanese jogging. Thanks!!!!

Normally you shouldn't lose any fitness if you stop for 2 weeks or less, I would try just to carry on where you left off
