So I've just done my wk5run3. As someone who gets quite anxious about things, I have worried about this run all week. I always see the negatives before the positives and really had my mind set on failing before I had even got to Friday. But I got home, but my rain mac on and headed out. I am so proud of myself! I focused so hard, had my favourite tunes on and somehow I just kept going. The half way bell even made me jump because I was so focused. Just absolutely smashed my 20minute run, I am well on my way to running 5k and even better one step closer to fitting in my wedding dress! If I can do it.. anyone can.. GO ME! x

That doesn't mean that you don't show respect to the runs........ especially the next one, which catches a lot of people out........ take it slow.

Half the battle I find is believing you can do it, even when your body feels like it can't. I went into all runs believing I could do them, I might struggle but I would finish. What we tell our brains is what we believe and what we feel and then do. Good luck
