Best sports bra? Reasonably cheap

So completed week 8 today!!! 4.30am run though due to no time after work. Dedication and that. Was impressed as I’ve been Ill in bed for a week so done literally nothing and still managed to smash it!

So, I’ve obviously have lost weight whilst doing this and my current sports bra now isn’t up to scratch. The girls were flying all over the place and eventually had to hold them as it was painful (good job it was dark).

Anyhow, I digress. Anyone recommend a decent sports bar I can get quite cheap. Money is tight hence why I took up running rather than the gym

Shockabsorber but they aint cheap. Good investment though for the well-endowed They are a feat of engineering

I buy cheaper but double up as I have the need! 😂 I wear a cheapie (but well-fitting) zip front bra with a crop top over: both are Asda/Matalan or equivalent 👍

I got mine from Marks and Spencer’s, it’s a zip front high impact one, I think it was £25. They start at £20 but the extra fiver was worth it cos it’s much easier to get on lol. It’s great, really comfy 😊

Wiggle.co.uk often have some in the sale. Also, always worth checking Debenhams.

Others stores are available

I too ending up buying a new bra as I lost some inches. Hoorah! I bought the m&s zip up . On 2 occasions I forgot to check I’d zipped it right to the top and felt it unzipping as I ran. It’s like the feeling when a ladder is running in your tights. 😂😂. It’s done me well but I will buy shock absorber next time as I know I will be doing this a long time now.

Beware the double catch SA..... needs two people to get you in and out of🤪🤪🤪

That’s why I went for the front zipper. I guess they’ve got to be tight to do their job, but I’ve got to have one I can put on myself.

SA do have some models that are just simple back fastening, they really do the job👍🏼 But my favorite is actually a Freya.

Thanks, I know my running shop has someone trained in fitting so I’ll pop along
