I downloaded the C25k app about 3 months ago. I have been trying to build up the confidence to try something like this for years. And it finally dawned on me only the other day, that if I don't do it now it's likely that another 20 years might pass, and my choice to try might already have been taken away from me by my unfortunate gene pool and terrible lifestyle πŸ˜‚ so I bit the bullet, and went for it. Nearly deaded me, but I did it. And now I want to shout it from the rooftops. I'M DOING IT, I'M MAKING THE CHANGE! Yey me.... Yey all of us😊😁😊😁

Well done to you. I’ve just started as well, and like you I had the app on my phone for ages, then deleted it, and last week I downloaded it again and did my first run on Wednesday. I’ll run again tomorrow.

Good luck, keep going. We’ll be so pleased we did this.

Fantastic! That's the hardest stage done. Now you know you can, the rest is just sticking to the plan and taking it slowly. Well done, keep it up.
