Wow that was hard!!! I really don’t know how I managed 5mins of running OR how I’m going to managed any longer than that. This was the first run after having a week off due to blisters on my feet from a 12 mile walk and then X Runner obstacles course on Saturday. Feels good to be getting back into it!!!

Well done you! Just trust the programme and you will be ready for each new week. And poor you with the blisters after your long walk, that's not fair at all! I wear padded running socks which help prevent blisters / rubbing - maybe they would be good for walking too?
