Thanks to Michael Johnson’s encouragement I’m now ready for week 7. I’ve had a blippy lead up to this with Sarah Millican getting in a muddle and my having to switch coaches. I also struggled at the beginning with 3 minutes. I have repeated some runs. Yesterday I completed week 6 run 3 which was 25 mins. I felt so well, revitalised, happy and proud. My aim is Park Run in August. I’m on target. Thank you everyone.

Just brilliant - it feels so good, doesn’t it?! Just take the next few weeks at the pace you need to complete the runs & you'll nail it!
