Yippee, dancing spotty shoes!

Yes, I did it at last. Week 9 completed.

It was hard tonight, again, stupidly ran after a big meal, wasn't going to do it, but knew I'd feel worse if I didn't. Got my trainers on and went for it. I can't quite believe it. My leg muscles have changed so much, and once I get into a rhythm of running they seem to have a life of their own.

What next, lovely fellow runners?

I don't want to lose this level of fitness. I want running to be a normal part of my life. Well it is already, but you know what I mean.

It's been like a wonderful gift, and I don't want to lose it.

I couldn't have done this without you. Thank you for the wise words.

Yippee, still can't believe it.

  • Well I am absolutely loving your tag!πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Hugest, hugest CONGRATULATIONS dear hoochy. Getting late but there's always time to CELEBRATE πŸ˜ƒπŸŽˆπŸΈπŸŒŸπŸŽ“πŸΉπŸŽ“πŸŒŸπŸΈπŸ˜† Bottoms up you GRADUATE xxx

  • Oops, <<<blush>>> don't know what the tag is, never mind! My computer was playing up last night :D Imagine all those poor gamete interfallopian transfer people getting directed to C25K!!!

  • Fabulous - very well done!!! Wear your smile and giddiness with pride 😊😊😊

  • Thank you!

  • Hooray! Another one past the post with a shiny new badge. Well done πŸ˜€πŸŽ“πŸΈπŸƒπŸ‘Ÿ

  • Yeay!!

  • Brilliant! Well done, that sounds great.

But ... what on earth is that tag??

  • Haha polyp I missed that had to go back up to read it. Lol

  • Just sussed the tag hoochy. It was because you mentioned the word 'gift' which is the acronym for your outstanding tag :-)

  • That's probably why...maybe my computer is trying to tell me something :D

  • Your guess is as good as mine...I am at two with technology!

  • Congratulations!!!!! Well done. I'd say your next step could be the C25k+ Steppings Stones podcasts with good old Laura!

You can have a day off first mind you x

  • Will investigate that, thank you :D

  • Wow! My "cocaine" tags raised an eyebrow or two but THAT'S a doozy!!

The important part though - YOU DID IT 😁 Many Congratulations :)

  • It's 'middle aged woman not in touch with technology' time! Thank you!

  • Whoop whoop.. well done hoochyπŸ˜ŠπŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

Don't worry there are lots of different running plans to try out..you won't lose your fitness now. You are a Graduate. Your badge says so😁 πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽŠπŸŽŠπŸŽ‰πŸŽŠπŸŽ‰

  • Thank you! So happy!!

  • Way-to-go!!! Well done for graduating πŸŽ“ πŸŽ“ πŸŽ“

  • Come on, us welsh girls!!

  • Ohhhh how wonderful Hoochy! I am so pleased for you, well done. As you know I graduated a couple of weeks ago now and I've been going out running still three times per week or every other day when the mood takes me and trying to just build on my stamina. To be honest I have found some of the runs really difficult and had to stop around the 20 minute mark. I think it's important we get an action plan together now as it feels a bit weird not having something to follow and aim for. You are a star for completing this c25k. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  • Thank you, that's so true. Running is now a habit. It's such a good stress buster for me, I need it in my life :D

  • Oh well done hoochy - Fantastic news - so happy for you πŸƒπŸΎπŸŽ‰πŸŽ“ Those spotty shoes got you past the finishing line πŸ˜ƒ...know what you mean about next steps as I guess it would be easy to lose momentum - Yay!

  • Thank you! I was encouraged by your success, and your honesty!

  • We are all in this together and that's what helps so much πŸ˜ƒ

  • How wonderful - another graduate. Well done πŸ˜€πŸΎ. Apparently if you complete something regularly for 12 weeks your body will automatically consider it a habit. It's so lovely to acquire a good habit for s change isn't it. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ
