Yippee, dancing spotty shoes!

β€’25 Replies

Yes, I did it at last. Week 9 completed.

It was hard tonight, again, stupidly ran after a big meal, wasn't going to do it, but knew I'd feel worse if I didn't. Got my trainers on and went for it. I can't quite believe it. My leg muscles have changed so much, and once I get into a rhythm of running they seem to have a life of their own.

What next, lovely fellow runners?

I don't want to lose this level of fitness. I want running to be a normal part of my life. Well it is already, but you know what I mean.

It's been like a wonderful gift, and I don't want to lose it.

I couldn't have done this without you. Thank you for the wise words.

Yippee, still can't believe it.

Just sussed the tag Hidden . It was because you mentioned the word 'gift' which is the acronym for your outstanding tag :-)

β€’ in reply toMcFitty

That's probably why...maybe my computer is trying to tell me something :D

Ohhhh how wonderful Hoochy! I am so pleased for you, well done. As you know I graduated a couple of weeks ago now and I've been going out running still three times per week or every other day when the mood takes me and trying to just build on my stamina. To be honest I have found some of the runs really difficult and had to stop around the 20 minute mark. I think it's important we get an action plan together now as it feels a bit weird not having something to follow and aim for. You are a star for completing this c25k. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

β€’ in reply toVanessa291

Thank you, that's so true. Running is now a habit. It's such a good stress buster for me, I need it in my life :D

How wonderful - another graduate. Well done πŸ˜€πŸΎ. Apparently if you complete something regularly for 12 weeks your body will automatically consider it a habit. It's so lovely to acquire a good habit for s change isn't it. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ
