I've been on week 7 for 2 weeks as I wanted 3 consistent 25 minutes. I had a couple of 22 where I felt I couldn't continue. I've now done 3 consecutive in a week but it was still so challenging. The thought of 28 minutes is too much!! Shall I do a couple more at 25 minutes until I feel more comfortable? I do get hayfever and felt more breathless than usual so am wonderi f if it's that.

When I was in W6 some kind soul posted this - the Japanese slow jogging technique
m.youtube.com/watch?v=9L2b2...
I’m not sure I could have done the longer durations without many repeated weeks if I hadn’t seen this. It’s a lovely low impact style of running, that completely sorted my breathing out too. I still run this way, and can now run for over an hour. There’s a few tricks to it, so worth watching a few times (and try the gentle jump so you get the feel while watching).
This style of running has all the benefits (I’ve lost 5 inches from my waist!), but makes the actual running pleasurable! And it’s great in this heat too. Give it a try and see if it works for you. It’s utterly changed my life! Hope it helps.

You could try adding one minute, or 30s if you are worried about the extra 3 minutes but I bet if you slowed down just a bit you'd be good for the whole 28 ?
