Having issues fitting runs in as been away for 11 days at a dog agility competition. In that time from door to door in those hot temperatures I did manage to cover over 87 miles or just over 188k steps. Managed one run whilst away covering 2.8 miles. It was a hard slog in heat and had to work out route whilst running so not covered as far as I would like. Will get back on the ball soon and attempt to do 2 runs a week. Weight loss since I started running in January is just over 14lbs pretty pleased with that also probably the fact eating more healthily as well. Good luck all stick with it.

Like that map of your running route, it looks like a lot of x crossing was done, a lot of running round in circles. 😊 🏃 Glad that you enjoyed your 🏃 run.

Needed to run between rows of caravans to make some distance.
