I cannot believe I did it. I remember how hard week 1 and 2 felt. It was difficult and it hurt but I didn’t stop! I feel more powerful and happier that I have felt in a long time, this program is life changing ❤️🏃‍♀️

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3/ 25 minute runs 🏃 😊
