I drove to the park for my run. Perfect weather -cool and grey so nice and quiet. Kept my pace steady, turned up the music and surprised myself by getting into my stride. Apart from getting lost and losing my bearings it was a perfect run. Even the mud didn't put me off. I can't believe I have come this far. The plan works and I am looking forward to week 7 tomorrow.

Top notch! Mud is just water and Earth, i.e. essential to all living things.

Well done Lizie. You are approaching the c25k home straight now.
That's a brilliant shoe pic - makes me want to go out and find some mud to run through.

Well done. It feels great when you get into your stride, doesn't it. You feel you could run forever. (Until about 10 minutes later, when you are knackered! lol )
