I graduated a while ago and have been running 5k twice a week including 1 parkrun. I would like to progress to 10k, can anyone recommend a good app I can use. Thank you

I am sure there are many apps out there but many of us built up to 10k by turning one run each week in to our 'long' run. Make sure you abide by the 10% rule, which advises not to increase your weekly total by more than 10% each week.

The other wonderful option can be found on the Bridge to 10k forum (lots of us head over there as our runs get longer) and click on the pinned post for Ju-jus Magic 10!

Link below. Good luck!

As above I’d go with the magic 10 plan, it’s excellent and just use a tracker to give you updates on time and distance as well as telling you when to stop. Enjoy the journey to 10
