I mean, I did end up with a zip up the front one but are they supposed to feel 2 sizes too small even if they're the right size? And are you meant to feel as if you're in sme sort of Victorian restraint jacket, or is this just me?
On a less hysterical note, I'm still consolidating. Having graduated at the end of April I've been building up, starting from 2x20 mins + 1x23, & I'm now at 3x25 with some bursts of speed from time to time while running. It's taken longer than I thought to get to nearly 30mins, my next two weeks will be 1x25 + 2x28, but I'm sticking with it & still enjoying it.
Hope everyone else is still firing on all cylinders.😎

I have never exited a sports bra - would have tripped over them 🤣
I wear shock absorber bras and don’t think front zip would work as it may take all morning getting them in.
Enjoy your consolidation runs and happy bouncy running 🏃♀️
Aaagh no to zip up front ones, too like maternity bras! I’ve got completely trapped by one of my shock absorbers trying to get out of it after running in torrential rain. And all mine, including the bravissimo properly fitted by sales assistants one, fell like a strait jacket
Think the answer to your question is probably no! They’re all equally hideous to get on and off unless you’re flat fronted, in which case you wouldn’t need one anyway! Saw someone in the gym changing room the other day having to be helped into hers by a friend....... And to any of my friends out there, please don’t ask me, I’m not that good a friend!
Try Panache sports bras 😀 very comfy 😀 Underwired or non underwired. Three hooks at the back which fasten like a normal bra. Hook at the back to convert to racer back. They do not flatten your boobs but no bounce either. I often wear one to work if I plan to go for a run straight after my shift has finished. Looks like I’m wearing a T shirt bra, you would not know I was wearing a sports bra 😀
I can get out of my shock absorber OK it’s getting into it that’s a 2 person job! Pretty much have to dislocate my shoulders to be able to do it up myself!
That did make me laugh! I treated myself to a new shock absorber bra after a couple of weeks of the programme and quickly realised how awful my old sports bras were! It was worth sacrificing a nail to get the jolly thing fastened and I don’t think anything moves - strait jacket is the word! But better that than a black eye 🤣happy running!
Mine is ok (old model from decathlon), goes over my head then does up at the back. It leaves a hole to sweat out of at the back. I have definitely noticed the difference between road and treadmill "bounce-wise" though lol. I may look at getting a new one soon. The rate I'm washing it, it'll be threadbare in no time.
I must say, I have never discussed my underwear on a public forum so much as here It does make me chuckle
Well, you've started something here😂😂. Being of the lesser breasted variety of female I still need the comfort of a sports bra - Puma (2 pack from Costco)- pulls over my head - tricky exit but comfy for the duration. I never thought I'd be delighted to have small boobs😉
I have a zip fronted one. It’s like a straight jacket! To zip it up you need three hands, one rip and bottom to pull the zip straight and another to pull the zip up. The only way I can do it on my own is by zipping it up first and then putting it on over my head. It’s not very stretchy so it takes quite a lot of squishing and manipulating to get them in place 😂
On the plus side it is really easy to get off!! Just undo the zip and out they pop. It’s a lovely release 😂
I just had an image of Barbara Windsor in Carry on Camping ... it’s a whole little view on what the women of Britain are doing, this thread. Kind of comforting, thanks!
