I really enjoyed the June Quest, my first one, I think it really helped me to think about what I wanted to get out of running and it was very satisfying being able to tick things off as I went through the month. So thank you for giving me a focus, I have continued to run 3 times a week which was my main goal, I have done 3 Parkruns, and I have started the Magic Plan, sort of on a whim! 😂 Just today I did my first 7km run which I would never have envisaged at the start of June. Looking forward to whatever July brings... 👟
Phew, what a funny one! Really didn't achieve many of my goals:
30DaysWild was a bit limp and I have about 10 days when I don't know quite what I did - I did a lot of good nature reading but didn't even walk barefoot on grass!
Running... well, that's about working things out with the noble but blind hound and things are getting worse not better, plus a car bump in what I thought would be our most reliable spot still hasn't improved my mood.
