W6R1 - Feeling good!

Hi all. I did the dreaded W6R1 this morning. I have really started to enjoy running, but wasn't feeling it today. So I thought to myself, if I do it as soon as I get up, it's out the way. Not sure what happened, but I did much better than I expected. I felt good all the way round and went further than I anticipated! Looking forward to the next one now. Also, glad I didn't listen to my inner-voice telling me I couldn't do it!! :)
