Was so excited to get going on week 9 this morning in order to complete the programme next week before husband and son leave on holiday next Friday and instead I have succumbed to a dreaded tummy lurgy ☹️Can’t believe I am disappointed about not being fit to go running! Am a new woman! Away for the weekend but on the case, rested and hopefully recovered on Monday....

Poor you, only consolation is better to get it now and not when you are trying to enjoy your holiday. You can graduate on your hols, that will be really special. Hope you feel much better soon. ☺

Thank you - haven’t told anyone yet apart from my husband that I am on the programme so looking forward to the “big reveal”! Missed my endorphin fix this morning for sure! Happy running 🙂

Being disappointed about not being able to exercise, isn't it amazing what c25k is doing to us. Hope your feeling better 😊

I'm 2 days off graduating but I'm laid up with a locked up back and can only get about very slowly on crutches.... it's doing my head in that I can't run.... 8 weeks ago I wouldn't have cared but now I'm like a caged animal desperate for that bit of freedom. I go on holiday in 5 week's.... fingers crossed I can graduate before then and consolidate that witj runs in the beautiful Moravian country side :)

Good luck - hope the lurgyleaves you soon xx
