Completed, no problem. First five minutes spent wondering whether I could do this and the next 15 minutes knowing I could. This programme is the bees knees. Seems a long time ago when 60 seconds felt epic, just a month ago. 🤓
Wk5 R3: Completed, no problem. First five... - Couch to 5K
Wk5 R3

Brilliant!! Onwards towards graduation now 😁👍

Well done isn't it amazing what you can do with a great plan and lots of encouragement 😊😊

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃 😊

Great job... that’s a huge milestone run. Took me a fair bit longer than 5 minutes to start thinking I could do it... think that thought got into my head somewhere between 18 and 19 🤣
Slow and steady into the intervals that steady week 6 and then you got this... happy running.

This is so reassuring as I’m due to do my wk5 run 3 this weekend and I’m very apprehensive!! I’ve read all the advice on here but thinking 8mins to 20 mins is a bit scary 😬
