Problem... no... addiction... certainly!

It’s a really healthy addiction, but we should sort out a support group for runners on rest days, and another for our poor spouses!

Have a great running vacation.

The no understanding of the spouses is a problem.

Not at all i'm just back from 2 weeks in the Dominican and the 1st things i packed was my running gear, only managed 1.5 miles every 2nd day cause it was just far too hot, tbh there was loads of people out running around the resort complex, spoke to few americans, british and germans on my regular morning route, was really friendly route, and also 77 year old french man who told me he'd ran few miles every day since he was 16, bless him.

Enjoy your holiday and happy hot running xx

So... not a problem at all, go on mapmyrun and find a nice route near to where you are staying, you can even find the 'elevation' so you don't end up running up a great big hill....

Great 'problem' to have - beats smoking don't it!!! LOL Will you be away long enough to graduate on holiday!? : )

Realised that after I pressed the button! Wonder why it came up in my feed. You still running?
