Well I've now done the three runs in week 7.
Today I braved running along the pavements in the daytime in proper running leggings. Previously I went down the river in tracksuit bottoms (plus top of course).
Then I went swimming afterwards.

It sounds like you have lots of energy left after your run. Guess next year you'll be running 10K! Well done and happy running.

Running leggings are close fitting so they don't flap annoyingly round your ankles, nor will they get wet and be annoying as they soak up water. I love my Nike Filament ones to death.
I felt the same about those running tight/legging things they certainly show every lump I was wearing 20 year old trackie bottoms first off. I have hyper mobility and thought the tight lyrca may give support and when I graduate I will be nice and lean (here's hoping !!)
