Can I run 4 times in one week

Hufflepuffandproud profile image

I had planned to complete my W2R3 yesterday, but plans went awry and I had to complete it today. If I still have my rest days in between do people think it is alright for me to complete the W3 runs this week? TIA x

Yes, it's OK to run at the maximum 4 runs a week, as long as you don't run on consecutive days.

So long as you have a rest day in between and you feel comfortable doing each run its fine👍
