Week 2 completed

Just completed run 3 of week 2. My cardio is feeling massively improved as I don’t tire during the run (was puffing and panting like a dog my first week😂) and my recovery is really improved. Only issue I still have is I get lactic acid build up/ cramp in my lower right leg about 3/4 of the way through each time. From reading on here it could be due to me not drinking enough. I am terrible at drinking enough especially on non running days. My footwear are brand new Adidas running shoes that I had measured so it’s not my footwear. Any ideas?
