Congratulations! I know what you mean, it’s strange no longer having such a definite goal. I’m just enjoying my new found running ability, and spending a few weeks consolidating my runs.

Well done 👍🏻 Hope you are feeling chuffed as you deserve to! I’ve also just completed but going to take a few days off and either go out Wed with club or wait for Sat parkrun 🤗 x

I remember the feeling: I completed C25k six months ago and knew I needed ongoing structure. Happily as it was New Year I signed up for a virtual ‘run the year’ challenge, so I started logging my runs and distances. I’m also using the Year to fundraiser for two charities that are important to me. This has made me keep going out of the door regularly until it has become such a habit that I’m cranky if I have a quiet running week. After a month or so of consolidation I started increasing my distance to 10k using the Magic plan on the Bridge to 10k forum. I have achieved that and now have more 10k runs booked to keep me focused. I know I need goals and structure or I let things drift, but I have to say, having just come back from a lovely mindful run, that just enjoying being out there, finding new routes and being thankful that I am able to run, regardless of how slow I am (which I am!) is the absolute icing on the cake. I hope you continue to just enjoy running x
