So I did a 5k Race for Life today after graduating on Wednesday 😀. 34.47 mins with just a tiny tiny bit of walking shhh don't tell anyone. The sun is my nemesis and it decided to shine today which was a bit cruel as I have not been able to train for heat yet. Feeling fab and smug anyway. Next time I'm running every step!
