Congratulations on running run 2 of week 2, nice running weather just now, however, the forecast for next week is bad for running, humid hot weather with thundery showers or heavy rain ☔ in some places.

Great you did it . All the advice on here though is do not run on consecutive days, rest days are so important as you could end up with an injury that could put you out of running 😊😊

naughty , plz leave a day inbetween runs or risk injury/strain that could put you back on the couch

Congrats on your run.
As the others said, running on consecutive days leaves you more open to injury, plus you won't get your best results as your body won't have had the time it needs to repair itself and heal. It's when they are not being used for running that they will have the time to do that.
