I’ve completed my first week and to say I’m happy is an understatement. I find the last 2, 1 minute runs hard but I keep going. Does everyone feel relieved and elated once their run is finished?

Yeah for me it was a relief because I had no power or strength in my weeks, as I went into week 2 i noticed I had the power to get myself around which was great.

That’s great. Let’s hope I can do the same.

Well done and yes sometimes you are counting down the minutes to the end of a run but that feeling of completing one is amazing 😊

Guilty as charged. I was convinced the podcast was stuck in some bizarre infinite loop and I would always have just one more run to do before I was finished.

How long can a minute be lol....that was what I was thinking. And relief doesn't begin to cover it !

Lol, but it’s great when it’s over.

It’s like torture but I know it’ll be worth it 🏃‍♀️❤️

Slowly it will be less torturous and at some point you will realise, with amazement, that you are actually enjoying running along. Savour that moment when it arrives! ☺
