You've caught the running bug, no known cure sadly. You're going to smash it tomorrow and you'll feel like Superwoman afterwards. We want to hear all about it! ☺
Everyone dreads W5R3, it's a mind game really, the program prepares your body with the runs you have already done but YOU need to break the mental block of I can't run for 20 minutes.
If you run outside just don't look at a watch, etc, just count the songs that play, a 20 minute run in around 7 songs, that's not a high number.
If you run on a treadmill then cover up the timing screen, I personally don't have anything showing except elevation and speed.
Set a slow and steady pace, breathe and smile, you can do this. Slow and steady will get you to the end of the run.
Worry about or watching the time makes it go so slowly, think about something else, count trees, cars, dots on a wall, anything really.
