morning all hope yr day is going well x this morning I ran 25 mins for the 2nd time in 3 days and achieved 3.6k in my 25 mins - I am really beginning to feel like a runner now!

I think you’ve caught a bug….the running bug! Congratulations on another great run!
Couch to 5k bizarrely is all about time on feet so while it’s nice to see the distance, you don’t need to worry about covering 5k and if you have runs where you cover less, that’s absolutely fine too.
Enjoy some lovely recovery time now!
🍏Well done ✅ once you start enjoying these longer runs you never look back! You are hooked for life. You are clocking up the K’s too.. that’s a good distance for a 25min run. ⭐️
