morning all hope yr day is going well x this morning I ran 25 mins for the 2nd time in 3 days and achieved 3.6k in my 25 mins - I am really beginning to feel like a runner now!

I think you’ve caught a bug….the running bug! Congratulations on another great run!

Couch to 5k bizarrely is all about time on feet so while it’s nice to see the distance, you don’t need to worry about covering 5k and if you have runs where you cover less, that’s absolutely fine too.

Enjoy some lovely recovery time now!

Thank you normally I’d b at home but in the office today luckily my boss converted one of the loos into a shower so all freshened up waiting for the phones to start ringing xx I’m not fixated on achieving 5k in 30 I’m more amazed I managed 3.6k in 25 xx

Thank you must admit I’m pretty chuffed - told a mate I’d do a park run with him on 16/9 and my last one was 14/8/21 at a PB of 35:01 x I would love love love to get into the 34s x
