I am feeling excited, W9R3 tonight! I think I might just keep using the programme after as I like the count down. It will take me longer to actually reach 5K but snail pace works well for me. πββοΈπ

Good luck with your graduation run tonight. We are all with you. I graduated 2-3 weeks ago and still replay week 9 Run 3 every run for motivational support.
