I would have sent a personal message to the admins but I can't include a photo in a personal message.

Here is an example of the wrong avatar problem for tech support. Sorry seejillrun and ronnierae to use you as an example

Are you sure that is a personalised one...and not a banked one....I have seen it on a lot of posts...as I have many others ?

I’ve had the same issue for awhile now. When I click on a post, the name is correct but the avatar is usually the avatar of the first post I read (it can carry on to multiple posts that I read). I don’t know if it matters, but I usually read the forum on my phone or iPad using the website but not the app.

I thought it was only me or that I was going crazy! That avatar is there for all the first posts of each thread, then the answers have the right ones
