Hi everyone, first post, looking forward to doing week 3 run one tomorrow. I've had the app on my phone for over a year, but never had the guts to get out there and do it, even though I've read loads of inspirational stories on here. However, I've lost over 3 stone in the last year, so decided it was time to get myself out there and just do it. Going really well so far, I've really enjoyed it, I've even got my wife to join me, she's completing week one tomorrow. Anyone reading this who's thinking about starting C25K, just give it a try, you never know, you too might enjoy it too.
