After moaning about a very slippery run in the mud recently, someone recommended Saucony Peregrines and I managed to find a pair going cheap in my size. Just arrived and I am so excited to wear them, hopefully for Parkrun on Saturday! New shoes do make you magically run faster, right? π

What happens is that so many runners are saying βwow, look at those shoes!β that they get distracted and you work your way through the field. Simples.
That's good to know! They feel very comfy so far but only worn in the house. Relieved that they fit my very wide feet, always a risk when you buy online. But these were a bargain so I thought it was worth a shot.
For the past year I have been running in good quality trainers, I have had had no problems with them such as blisters, sore ankle or tightness on my feet, but I think it's high time to get proper running shoes.
Bright orange would be far cooler. Mine have not had any admiring glances.
Ooh very nice! Snazzy and colourful for the summer (when it eventually arrives!!! ). Theyβre too pretty to cake them in mud but I bet they do the job brilliantly. Happy running!! π π πββοΈ
