Was blessed with yet another nice morning - got up and ran at 6am as I wanted to avoid the rain that was forecast. My stamina seems OK - I normally run around a park but did a little tarmac and noticed my ankle stuffed at the 3min section. Is this usual ? Should I remain on grass or is mixing it with tarmac a better approach ?

I have only ever run on tarmac as I find my ankles go over easy on grass. Have you got running shoes yet? The cushioning on some will help with things like that, also it takes a bit of getting used to when running in new ground. Just take it nice and steady and keep an eye on it. Rfc x
