After completing Race for Life today, I noticed a very small blister on the inside of my foot, very close to the ball of the foot. I think it happened because my feet got a bit wet running through wet grass. Although the blister is barely bigger than a grain of rice, it is sore when I walk. I think that's because as I'm walking, my foot rolls and the blister is probably making contact with the ground. I put a plaster over the top but I can still feel it when I walk. Is there anything I can do to speed up the healing as I have work tomorrow where I will be on my feet a lot?

There are blister plasters which are reputedly very good, or if it's a small one you could maybe try a small corn plaster to relieve the pressure, although I'm not sure how that would be to walk on
