Hi everyone

In every pair of running shoes i have ever owned i always get a blister on my left foot on the left handside from just by my little toe to halfway down my foot. I currently wear asics kayano 27 and has happened on brooks ravenna 9 and a pir of new balance before. This is so frustrating i have no idea why this happens. Can anyone help?

You should be running in a pair at least 1/2 size bigger than normal. If you are, I don't know what to do - apart from plasters!

Leukotape is supposed to be good. Some people are just prone to them unfortunately.

When lockdown restrictions are lifted, book yourself an appointment with a Foot Health Practitioner. Have your nails professionally trimmed and hard skin removed. Ask how to use moleskin and Hapla-Band to create a protective cushion to take the pressure off the area that blisters.
