A soggy, muddy Saturday, 5k race for roscor, a village in Northern Ireland for disadvantaged youth, completed in 31 mins! That’s me in the middle with two of my club members, happy Saturday everyone 😁😁

Thanks al, it was perpetual rain, really muddy and slippery, it was held at Shane’s castle where a lot of game of thrones is filmed, they laid on a barbie at the end for us, there wasn’t as big a show of people at this event as there had been for the born to run winter series, I think the weather plus other running events kept people away!

The weather also stopped me going to the west coast of Scotland today as well, where I live in Central Scotland it was not raining but where I was going to go it was, a bit flustrating to say the least, I'll try again next week.
