Despite not being happy with the first 2 runs of this week and nearly not going this morning....I had a fantastic run. Back to normal and a slightly quicker pace. Still slow but getting there.....One happy runner today 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🙌🐌🌊 Bring on Week 9 - I’m ready for you 🤞

Ah! I normally think of the slightly tacky seafront! The beach looks amazing! 😃
