Done my first 3 runs this week got quicker each time and felt good. Do i have to wait til next week to start again,or can i carry on. I know that sounds daft but never having done this before i'm not sure of the rest period?

If you read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... it explains that you only have to observe the rest day between runs.
Don't worry about speed, it's not important at the minute, just focus on completing the runs.
A rest day is require between runs, I personally run Monday, Wednesday and Friday, that gives me the ability to swap days around to suit my working week PLUS, and this is the main thing, it allows me to build running into a habit which is important.
You just need to have a rest day between each run. I do mine every other day so I can work around other engagements, but I’m only on w4, doing r2 today.
Thank you Iannoda Truffe, LeeU, TomatoRun My husband "Coach" has also advised the same thing, I guess I'm just being a bit too keen. But I will take your advice and listen!! My next trot will be Sunday As this will be the start of my week
