Well after an aborted attempt earlier in the week when I only managed 15 minutes, tonight I cracked the full 25 minutes. Question is when does it start to get easier? πŸ˜‚

Well done! You did it! I had the same thing. Couldn't do w6r3 on Tuesday but did it today. I think going really slowly helped today. Also, I find running early in the morning is much easier than later in the day. Are there any patterns in when you find it easier/harder?

Yes I find early morning runs easier but it's so difficult during the week! Plus the rotten weather hasn't helped...

Well done on getting to 25 minutes, I don't know about getting easier you just get more conditioned into running 😊😊

Any runner, regardless of experience and ability, can make any run difficult or easy............push hard and it is difficult, slow down and it is easy.

There is no need to push hard for any C25K workout. The easy conversational pace described in the guide to the plan is the best pace for building stamina.
