Wk6 done!

Wk6r3 today: 25 minutes non-stop running - yay! - so feeling quite pleased with myself. Found myself enjoying my music (shuffle turned up Annie Lennox, Simple Minds, Rod Stewart and Dire Straits today - can you tell I'm a 70s/80s girl?) and even wandering to other thoughts a bit, rather than just concentrating on how many more minutes I've left to run. Actually looking forward to run days as "my time" now ...

Week 7 here I come!

I did my 2nd Run of W7 today but struggled a bit! Hey ho, we all have off days.

Go you.. time to hit the longer runs and relax into them.. steady and slow as your newly found running legs carry you towards the podium:)

Thanks Floss. Gosh, I’m starting to think not only I can do it, but I’m actually enjoying this running thing! It’s thanks to all the encouragement and support from you and the lovely peeps on this forum that have got me this far.
