Fellow runners

I completed week 6 day 3 of my run yesterday. With my slow jogging and post stretching practices now i can say that i feel no heel pain at all. I could not believe i ran 15 min at a stretch and was surprised when coach asked me to walk. I have def built up my stamina over the last few months.

I have of course not done this as fast as you folks have done it but i am happy because i am injury free. That was my goal when i started

Going for my week 7 day 1 jog today. I can actually see the end line now

..i know its going to be a feeling i never had to get there

Tks for all your support

Well done, that's brilliant that your heel pain has gone and that you are able to enjoy running injury free. Onwards and upwards into Week 7!
